Refunds

Digital Download Return Policy:

Nursing Prerequisites Made Easy does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital downloads (PDFs). Digital downloads (PDFs) that have been emailed to a customer or made available to download will not be refunded. This is due to the fact that once a digital download is sent, it cannot be returned. 

Physical Product Return Policy: 

Customers who purchase a physical product have 14 days after an item is marked as delivered to request a return. Not all items are eligible to be returned. 

For items that are eligible for a return, your item must be in brand new unopened condition. This means that it must be in the same condition it was received in and in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund. Products that were delivered shrink-wrapped must still be shrink-wrapped. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. 

To start a return, contact us at help@nursingprerequisitesmadeeasy.com. Please expect a reply within 48 hours. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return postage is paid by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Other Issues

Customers are responsible for inspecting their orders upon reception. Should an item be received damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. Customers have 7 days after an item is marked as delivered to make a claim for a defective or damage. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

With items that include both a digital download PDF copy and a physical/hard copy, the physical/hard copy portion of the order may be refunded, but the digital download PDF portion of the order will not be refunded in accordance with our Digital Download Return Policy (see above for Digital Download Return Policy). 

Exchanges

Exchanges are not allowed, but please contact us if you need help. 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. Upon notification and approval of the return, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time before your bank or credit card company processes the refund.
